Get to Know Us

With one lawn mower and a lot of determination, Josh Goff started Commonwealth Curb Appeal in 2004 as a way to make a living while spending time in the great outdoors. In 2007, he traded the lawn mower for masonry and carpentry skills and began building outdoor living spaces. By 2015, he was named among the Top 40 Under 40. Over the years, the company has grown into the full-service landscape design and build firm it is today. 

Josh and Meredith were married in 2016. After attending Virginia Tech for her undergrad studies and earning her MBA from VCU, Meredith enjoyed a successful career with CVS Health. In 2020, she joined the company as the vice president. As leaders in the industry, Commonwealth Curb Appeal is passionate about creating beautiful spaces where families are inspired to spend more time outside. 

The couple has two beautiful children named Palmer and Hayes, along with a fur baby named Beamer. They’re huge Hokie fans and enjoy season tickets for Virginia Tech football. When they’re not at games, you’ll find them traveling, attending outdoor music events, and spending time with friends and family.
